If you will connect to KTX or subway at Seoul Station, first compare the AREX all-stop and express arrivals and the transfer inside the station. With 6702, allow for the separate trip from the bus drop-off point into the station. Airport-to-Seoul-Station running time alone does not establish that a connecting train is reachable.

- Compare the onward transfer from AREX. Add the walk from arrivals to the airport train platform and the transfer at Seoul Station to the train journey time.
- A hotel near Namsan, Yaksu or Dongdaemun
- Check the actual 6702 alighting stop. A stop near your hotel may reduce the onward transfers needed from Seoul Station. The Seoul Station example below is not an alighting stop for every hotel.
- A late arrival
- Compare your expected arrival at the boarding point after immigration and baggage collection, rather than aircraft landing time. T1 and T2 have different last departures; select your terminal in the detail page.
