Distinguishing timetable issues in a report
If departure times for the same route differ, give both the time shown here and the official source's time. Include the direction, airport terminal, selected stop, travel date, and weekday or weekend condition. Check whether each time is a starting-point departure or an intermediate-stop time and whether the official notice has effective start or end dates.
For a booking-screen lookup, specify the date you searched and distinguish sold-out seats, an out-of-window date, empty results, and a lookup error. This helps separate timetable information from seat sales. If official sources disagree, send both links, when you checked them, and the effective period stated by each source.
Details for map, translation, and interface reports
For an incorrect map or boarding point, identify the direction, side of the road, displayed stop name, and any stop-sign or ARS number. Official guidance distinguishing opposite-side stops with the same name or domestic and international airport boarding areas is useful. You can report the page URL and affected stop without sharing your exact personal location.
For translation, buttons, timetable scrolling, or clipped content, include your language, device, browser, steps to reproduce, and expected versus actual behavior. Crop screenshots to the issue and hide private addresses, exact current location, reservation numbers, and payment information. For urgent boarding questions, consult the operator or airport information channel.
