Find your bus route, boarding area and terminal departure information at Incheon Airport T1 or T2.
Confirm your flight's arrival terminal, go to that terminal's bus level and check the ticket for the correct route, destination and time. A T1 building exit number is different from a bus bay number. At T2, also match the ticket to the bay signs; do not use a departure time from the other terminal.
Before you board
After immigration and baggage collection, follow bus signs on Terminal 1's first floor. Ticket counters are inside and outside on 1F. Show your destination stop, then use the route, departure time and bus bay on your ticket to find the boarding point. A terminal exit number and a bus bay number are different identifiers.
At Terminal 2, bus information and ticket sales are at the bus terminal on B1 of the transport center. Follow bus/transport-center signs from arrivals. With luggage, allow time to change floors. A photo or bay number for T1's outdoor boarding area will not locate your T2 bus.
A district name such as Myeongdong or Dongdaemun may cover several stops. Compare your accommodation's address with the drop-off point on the map, and check that it appears in the airport-to-city direction. Include the final trip from that stop with your luggage when choosing a route.
The same route has separate T1 and T2 departures. Landing time is not boarding time: account for immigration, baggage, ticketing and reaching the bay. This guide verifies boarding facilities, not processing time for your flight or the opening hours of every ticket counter.
Do not assume the ticket is valid for boarding at T2. Check its boarding terminal and change rules, then ask the seller or counter whether it can be changed. If you must change terminals, budget separate transfer time.
An exit locates a building doorway; a bus bay locates boarding. Match the route, direction and bay on your ticket with the departure display. If local signs differ from this page, ask staff about your specific route.
Match the T1/T2 signs in your current building with your ticket, then reselect that terminal on the route page. A T2 departure time is not the boarding time at T1. If your ticket names another terminal, ask the ticket counter about changes and boarding conditions and consult airport transfer guidance. Do not assume a fixed transfer time will make the bus catchable.
